Contract Stage

What We Do

Happy with your FIXED PRICE? Fantastic! We then delve into the Contract Stage. At this stage it's all systems go. We will present a "start date" for your dream home to commence. Once again we will meet to tie up any loose ends. This entire stage including contract finalisation takes 2 weeks.

What You Do

During this phase we would have pencilled in a tentative time to meet to present to you your fixed price contract. Your FIXED PRICE contract deposit will be invoiced and will need to be paid to lock in your build position. Apart from this, sitting down and relaxing is required at this stage...
