Preliminary Stage
What We Do
You have come to us with your dream project already designed. Great! You would have already met with a team member and they are roughly aware of the finishes and inclusions to add to the costing. The next step in our process is to provide you with a Preliminary Estimate. This process takes around 2 days We will arrange a time to deliver this costing at this stage.
What You Do
Start exploring your finance options and obtaining a pre approval based on your budget. Proceed to stamped BA plans ready for Fixed Price Stage or alternately ask for costing of HiVis Building Services to project manage this stage. Then sit back and relax.... Have a coffee or two and gather all of your ideas together!
