FIXED PRICE STAGE
What We Do
Happy with your Preliminary Estimate? Great. Let's head to the next stage. The next stage in the process is to provide you with a totally inclusive and transparent FIXED price proposal. For this stage in the process we charge a small fee. This stage takes a lot of expertise and time, to develop an entire suite of specifications customised to your own dreams and aspirations. The specifications are to protect both of us so that there is nothing hidden and no nasty surprises. What do we do at this stage? Run through your specifications room by room Liaise with sub contractors and suppliers specific to your customised specifications We are negotiating with sub contractors to obtain the best possible price We liaise with your designer and engineer to ensure we are covering all bases We check building and development conditions (This takes approximately a week) We then compile a large specification document ready for our next meeting which will be in approximately 3 - 4 weeks
What You Do
Now we've progressed to this stage we require an "Authority To Proceed" document to be signed so that we can move forward and provide you with full specifications. We require you to be forward thinking regarding your project and selections. At this stage a fee will be required prior to the commencement. If you progress to the building stage, this will be refunded as part of your Preliminary costs on your build contract. Once your commencement fee has been paid sit back with a coffee and start the online selections. Your dream house is starting to come together!!
